Vendor Terms for SMMpro.pk - Whatsapp Cloud API CRM Welcome to SMMpro.pk Whatsapp Cloud API CRM Platform! Before you proceed, please carefully read and understand the following Terms for Vendors. These terms govern your use of our platform as a vendor providing services or products, accessible via https://crm.smmpro.pk/ (referred to as “SMMpro CRM”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using SMMpro CRM as a vendor, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Vendor Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not use SMMpro CRM as a vendor. 1. Vendor Registration and Responsibilities 1.1 Vendor Registration To become a vendor on SMMpro.pk CRM, you must complete the registration process and create a vendor account. By registering, you agree to provide accurate and complete information about your products or services. 1.2 Vendor Responsibilities As a vendor on SMMpro.pk CRM, you are solely responsible for: Product/Service Listings: Providing accurate and up-to-date information about your products or services. Order Fulfillment: Fulfilling orders placed through SMMpro.pk CRM promptly and accurately. Customer Communication: Maintaining clear and professional communication with customers regarding orders, inquiries, and issues. Compliance: Ensuring that your products or services comply with all applicable laws and regulations. 2. Use of SMMpro.pk CRM as a Vendor 2.1 Acceptable Use You agree to use SMMpro.pk CRM as a vendor only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Vendor Terms. You may not use SMMpro.pk CRM in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers or networks, or interfere with any other party’s use and enjoyment of SMMpro.pk CRM. 2.2 Product/Service Information You agree that all information provided about your products or services on SMMpro.pk CRM, including but not limited to descriptions, pricing, and availability, shall be accurate and complete. 2.3 Compliance with Policies You agree to comply with all policies and guidelines provided by SMMpro.pk CRM regarding vendor conduct, product/service listings, and transactions. 3. Privacy and Data Protection Your use of SMMpro.pk CRM as a vendor is subject to our Privacy Policy, which governs the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information and data related to your products or services. 4. Intellectual Property SMMpro.pk CRM and its original content (excluding content provided by vendors), features, and functionality are owned by SMMpro and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. 5. Modifications to Service SMMpro reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue SMMpro.pk CRM or any part thereof at any time without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of SMMpro.pk CRM. 6. Limitation of Liability In no event shall SMMpro.pk CRM, its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use SMMpro.pk CRM as a vendor; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on SMMpro.pk CRM; or (iii) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose. 7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution These Vendor Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Vendor Terms shall be exclusively resolved by the courts of Pakistan. 8.
