The services offered include, but are not limited to: Customer Management: Organize and manage customer contacts and interactions. Sales Automation: Automate sales processes, track leads, and manage pipelines. Marketing Automation: Send targeted campaigns, broadcast messages, and analyze marketing efforts. Customer Support: Handle customer queries, provide support, and manage tickets. Integration: Integrate with WhatsApp for business communications. 2. Registration and User Accounts To access certain features of SMMpro.pk CRM, you may need to register and create a user account. By registering, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. 3. Use of SMMpro.pk CRM Acceptable Use: You agree to use SMMpro.pk CRM only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Limitation of Liability In no event shall SMMpro.pk CRM, its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use SMMpro.pk CRM; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on SMMpro.pk CRM; or (iii) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose. 8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be exclusively resolved by the courts of Pakistan. 9.
